Customized Gathering
 My customizing concept is to be simple, to more lightly than stock condition. It is light in weight, and is light in appearance, and an aim wants to raise a feeling of acceleration in a total by raising acceleration power. However, heavy duty reconstruction, such as mirror surface processing inside of engine, formation of piston lightweight, or port polish, is not taking out the hand. What is necessary is just to become even the reference of the direction which is looking at this page, since it is comparatively lighthearted customizing of heightening acceleration power rather than Normal, maintaining the durability of engine.

Round shape mirror: Although a diameter is a little larger, since the pole portion is short, by the low handle type, its arm is reflected about 1/3, and there is difficulty within a back field of view a little. Right behind is not visible although slanting back looks good. A field of view does not become bad by vibration.
Turn signal: The aluminum body of Honda CB72 type. Probably, visibility will be satisfactory since a size seldom changes with Normal.
Tail lamp: Since I like that the back end of a fender can be seen when it sees from back, a taillight is changed into a Lucas type (product made from FRP). Although it does not understand unless it sees well, a crack goes into FRP. Almost is pleased.
Steering Bar

 I want to improve the my riding position with new bar which is chosen Continental type, what I like. So steering bar height close to stock genuine bars, but bar end grip is slanted and It's shape likes swallow's wing, It makes comfortable to grip the bar for me. It was made from stainless steel (SUS304) could be expected to protect from rust occasion.
 Every operation braking, clutch meet, fully steering turn become easier than previous bar. At the mountain carves, I have felt a little loss of grabbing the road at the front wheel, but rear wheel grip feeling is increasing. I could easy move on the bike, weight sifting to rear wheel is effective add the traction at rear wheel. I like this steering bar.
 One day, I have enjoyed 450km tooling with this bar. It was very comfortable without any stress on my body.
Seat

 Seat quantity is compared normally, and seat height low down about 1-2cm, and A leg becomes easy to reach ground a little. Because of the design was pleased, it exchanged. Gold piping processing of Kawasaki W1 type. Since a fault has a sewing eye, if a rainy day is that water sinks in. Since an adapter must be attached like a lower right photograph, it becomes impossible to use a genuine U character lock.
Iridium Spark Plug

 It has equipped with NGK now. Since the way of Denso seemingly suits W650, I want to try the Denso make on next time. The Denso iridium spark plug got from the friend who is working for Denso in the congratulation of HP establishment. I will attach instantly.

 Click on the left picture, KCA(Kawasaki Clean Air) will be shown with the detail. In order to reduce the after firing sound like PANG PANG while you throttling down, So I have changed the parts... It is the parts which those who understand immediately.
full exhaust system

 Each exhaust pipe connected behind the main stand. Although the sound is louder rather than stock exhaust, the riding feel become exiting, the rotation goes up to 8000rpm easy such as become a light flywheel mass engine. Weight is under 10kg.
Main-jets, Slow-jets
 Exchanged main jets and slow jets ,and processing jet needle for raise a feeling of acceleration  If an air filter and air box is modified, since fuel-air mixture will become lean, you have to increase of fuel feeding. The mainjet and pilotjet are raising jet-number.
 The jet needles are supplied from Dynojet which are adjustable fuel feeding by clip adjusting. It is selling 85.65 dollars. I have not tried it yet.
Inside the air filter box
a parts in the air box  This parts has been removed in order to improve the air stream, and obstruction wall also removed by electrical hot knife.  And I cut the hair of air filter. Those processing could be smoothly air stream.

 Due to improve the braking touch, the hose was exchanged to stainless mesh tube. The feeling become hard and strong.
Processing jet needle (NAZN)
Modification of stock needle
0.5mm shorter than NAZN
 Once I used the stock needle NAZN with 0.5mm shim, I try to sharpen the NAZN 0.5mm shorter than stock condition will be resulted same effect with shim using. I did it well, riding feel is good as well as shim using.
Protection from rust occasion
Holts RUST COAT  After rain riding or washing the W650, I always polished lining of fender by wax. I expect that this work protect the fender from rust occasion, and release from polishing it many time.
 If Kawasaki finish the fender lining with more thick chrome, those coating is needless work.
Stainless Spoke  When I rode the W3(650RS), have changed to stainless spokes. Stainless spokes are easy wipe off the dust, can avoid rust occasion. Now this time I have bought stainless spoke from Meisei Kawasaki in Japan.
 I have no spoke assembly tools, After considering deeply I got idea use couple of chair and ruler such as left photo. My wife makes me a strange face, and she said that do not bring the motorcycle parts in the living room. I replied, it will be finish a moment. I could adjust the rim dancing within 1mm, it takes 30 minutes(a moment) per each wheel.

 Although I also liked the tone of a normal muffler, it exchanged in order to improve crisp to a slight degree. I like the arc of an exhaust pipe and the form of a silencer and purchase on my mind. It is glad that the center stand stopper is attached. Finish of plating or welding is also GOOD.
But I regret the 15% power down at low and middle range rotation instead of maximum power goes up to nearly 10%.
The weight is around 10kg, lighter than stock exhaust about 2kg. Cost is a little higher than other W650 after market mufflers.
K&N air filter

 Although I felt efficiency the engine performance with K&N and stock exhaust system, It was not suitable with Daiwa exhaust system. It was needed to use high main-jet around No.150, fuel consumption become degreased less than 20km/l.
 Because of that reason, I reassembled the stock air cleaner box with modified it.

The needle with three shims  K&N air filter required the lot of fuel, so the shims become 3 sheets.
Blow-by Gas Hose
transmission case gas hose  Since the normal air cleaner has been removed, the destination of blow-by-gas has been lost of way... The pipe of 10mm inner diameter was attached forcibly.
Adapter

 Since the normal air filter was removed, the adapter for fixing igniter was made by myself. which will match well unexpectedly if varnish is applied. It is still a wooden frame also in Morgan of Britain, and since an old car is a wood meter panel, I will be alright it.
